This simple video is from Sports Training St. Louis. Owner Rik Wilson is a former professional hockey player and St. Louis Blues defenseman. We wanted to get across Rik’s experience in knowing what it takes to play at the highest level in professional sports and how that experience will help other athletes to perfect their game. The music we chose fits the hard training required to get the maximum results.
This next video, also from Sports Training St. Louis, illustrates some of Rik’s youth hockey clients and the various workout routines they perform. The intent is to show prospective, young athletes other youth in action and the type of drills they can expect to improve speed, agility and strength.
Dr. Rick Shacket was referred to us because he needed help to finish a website he was developing and didn’t have the time to write the copy. Dr. Shacket is a board certified proctologist and surgeon. He discovered the power of the Internet for his practice back in the 90′s. As a result, he has developed some powerful websites that generate new patients for not only his practice, but for other doctors as well.
